Visas harder to get.

Most work visas require a job offer from a New Zealand employer. People holding work visas need to reapply at least 2 months before their current visa expires to avoid drama.

In many cases jobs need to be re-advertised even if a work visa holder is already in the job.

Work Visa decline rates have trended upwards but by getting the application right first time it will increase getting the approval.
