Terms and Conditions of Use.
The following terms and conditions of use shall apply to all visitors viewing and/or using the Malcolm Pacific website ("the Website"). By viewing and/or using the Website you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use. 2. The contents of the Website are provided for general information purposes only, to inform you about migration to New Zealand and the process involved in applying for New Zealand residency.

While Malcolm Pacific takes reasonable precautions to prevent computer viruses and other malicious programs on the Website no liability is accepted for them. Privacy Policy

The privacy of your personal data is important to Malcolm Pacific. The following sets out what Malcolm Pacific do, and what it does not do, with the information it collects from visitors of the Website:

1. The Website creates a cookie (a small piece of computer code), which is sent to and stored on the visitor's computer containing a unique identifier only. This identifier is used to record site usage statistics.

2. In a separate automatic operation the web server will collect the visitor's IP address and details of the website from where the visitor came before entering the Website. This information is used to:

a. work out how many times the Website has been visited; and

b record which parts of the Website have been visited so that Malcolm Pacific can improve the contents and layout of the Website.

2. The Website is hosted on a server in New Zealand.
