Pamela is our “Director of First Impressions” in Auckland who manages phones, clients, advisers and couriers, keeps track of where we are, keeps us on schedule and yet is always calm and polite. She even keeps track of Aussie Malcolm and we don’t know how she does it.

Carrie has been a team administrator for 6 years. The reason her advisers always seem calm and collected is because Carrie does all the hard work behind the scenes, managing client files, documents, passports and administration.

After training in Tourism Studies, Jackie worked in London and Africa before settling into a 9 year career in service company administration in USA.  A keen photographer’s sharp memory keeps her on top of her team, their clients and paperwork.
