	David Cooper Licensed Adviser # 200800355 Originally an Immigration Officer, David has been with Malcolm Pacific for over 20 years. He is a director of the company and Operations Manager and is recognized throughout the industry as the consummate immigration professional.
	Kayne Franich Licensed Adviser # 200900264 Kayne’s 7 years of immigration experience includes service in London. There is no problem or issue that he has not faced before and he has particular responsibility for managing web based assessments and servicing UK clients.
	Stephen Haigh Licensed Adviser # 200800384 Formerly employed by Immigration New Zealand in London, Stephen has more than 6 years experience with Malcolm Pacific. Originally from the South Island he brings the calm and unflappable nature of the solid Southern Man.
	Nigel Heslop Licensed Adviser # 200800651 Nigel has an ability to work through problems with the sense of control he learned in the Navy. Add to that 15 years of immigration experience including in London and Washington and you have a man who just makes problems disappear.
	Tim Malcolm Licensed Adviser # 200800823 Tim first worked with Malcolm Pacific more than 15 years ago as an office assistant  in Hong Kong and he has  never wavered in his enthusiasm. His loyalty to his clients and his fierce determination to win every case makes him a strong  advocate.
	Dan Thomson  Licensed Adviser # 200900910 Dan has a background in government administration in the education sector. A Taranaki native, but working out of Wellington, Dan also spends time in regional offices throughout the South and lower North Islands.
	Ajay Vasisht Licensed Adviser # 200902040 Ajay has been a New Zealander since early adulthood. He came to immigration advising after a successful and popular career in Ethnic Media and marketing. Although English is his first language, he is also fluent in Hindi and Punjabi.
	Graham Urquhart Licensed Adviser # 200901298 Graham has an extensive career background in senior management in the entertainment and tourism industries, rounded by a spell as a successful full time adult student at Auckland University. He brings maturity and wide life experience to his role as an adviser.

	Nigel Arkell. ACA, FCIS. Chartered Accountant Independent Director Nigel is principal of The Business Advisory Group and a former partner of Ernst &Young. A senior Chartered Accountant, Nigel sits on the board of Malcolm Pacific as a non - executive independent director.
	Pamela Carlisle Reception, Auckland Pamela is our “Director of First Impressions” in Auckland who manages phones, clients, advisers and couriers, keeps track of where we are, keeps us on schedule and yet is always calm and polite. She even keeps track of Aussie Malcolm and we don’t know how she does it.
	Carrie Hart Team Administrator Carrie has been a team administrator for 6 years. The reason her advisers always seem calm and collected is because Carrie does all the hard work behind the scenes, managing client files, documents, passports and administration.
	Nigel Lacey. BA/BSc (Eng) Research and Development Nigel drives the sophisticated business systems that work behind the scenes so our professionals can deliver their skills and experience at prices our clients can afford. You will never meet Nigel but his good work makes our good work affordable.
	Hon A G Malcolm. Non-advising principal A former Minister of Immigration and Health, Aussie is the founder of the business and a director. He now works on marketing and the on-going development of business systems that provide our clients superior value for money. He is very demanding, and we don’t dare make a mistake when he is around.
	Sharyn Marshall Office Manager, Wellington  For 9 years Sharyn has been the steady rock in our Wellington office, answering phones, making appointments, typing, managing paperwork and generally living up to her reputation as “Mother of Wellington”.
	Steven Mulholland  IT System maintenance Steven is another person you will not meet but his attention to the detail of our IT and computer powerhouse is what makes it possible for clients to deal with us cost effectively, 24/7, around the world.
	Telisa Wood Team Administrator Telisa joined Malcolm Pacific with more than 6 years experience in Human Resource administration. She manages client files behind the scenes and excels under pressure from the demands of both clients and advisers.
